• Accounts are considered 'active' at the time SearchKing receives payment for service.

   Commission Schedule         

(you) Tier 1 --	12% per month
(signup under you) Tier 2 --	6% per month
(signup under tier 2) Tier 3 --	2% per month

No commission on free services unless the account upgrades to a pay service within the first year, then your commission will be based upon the payed service from that point forward.

Rules and Limitations         

1. No Spamming
   Any affiliate using mass unsolicited email, newsgroup postings against the rules of the newsgroup, submitting pages to search engines which do not follow their guidelines, or any other similar means will violate this agreement and cause your affiliate account to be terminated and loss of all commissions.
   
   
2. Payment of Commissions
   Payments to the affiliate shall be mailed out approx. 15 days after the end of each month for commissions on all active accounts which have signed up under the affiliates ID. Minimum payment to the affiliate in the amount $30.00. If the minimum has not been reached, the payment shall be held by SearchKing until such time the minimum has been reached.
   
   
3. Tracking
   All orders and tracking of affiliate ID are handled by SearchKing Inc. using the software offered on this site. Tracking is handled through the use of a 'cookie' stored on the users computer. To store this cookie on the users computer, the affiliate must use the correct url and affiliate ID issued.
   
   
4. Association with SearchKing
   At no time shall any affiliate claim to be a 'Partner' with SearchKing, claim to be a representative of SearchKing, or any other similar reference outside of, or in addition to this affiliate agreement. The affiliate may claim only to be an 'Affiliate', have an 'Affiliation, or be 'Affiliated' with SearchKing, this 'Affiliate Software', and/or this web site. The affiliate may not make any claims or representations about SearchKing or any part of, unless specifically quoted from this web site or authorized by SearchKing.
   
   
5. Laws and Taxes
   This Agreement will be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. Any legal action relating to this affiliate program must be held in a federal or state court located in Oklahoma. Before any action can be taken in court, the parties hereby agree to submit any and all disagreements to arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution. All payments to the affiliate will be made less any taxes required by law.
   
   
6. Disclaimer
   SearchKing will at all times retain all rights to add, remove, and/or modify any and/or all parts of this affiliate program. The agreement between SearchKing and the affiliate will at all times be what is currently stated on this page.
