- External Computations Not Required - This software will do all the math for you and give you a report of who and how much to pay. Your payments report consists of a rundown of all balance changes and a list of all accounts who are to be paid any amount. You will be shown the name and company with mailing address, the phone number and email address if contact is needed, and the total to pay the affiliate. All grace periods, minimum payments, payment schedules, and residual payments are taken into account so your time is free from tedious accounting work. Make your payments whenever you need, and have total control of all accounting features with a few simple settings.
- You have no domain restrictions so this affiliate software is perfect for centralized management of multiple affiliate programs. Run as many affiliate programs as you need with this one software package. In fact, you can use this software to run tests on links to see which are producing from other pages, or even be able to track visitors around your site with the referral tracking. This software makes it very easy to have all your affiliate accounts promoting multiple affiliate programs you have running.

Special Program Features Back to Menu
- NO 404's - If a link does not have a correct destination, the software does not know where to send them so instead the visitor is redirected to your home page. Also, if an account does not exist or has been removed, the visitor will still be taken to the proper page. These will be tracked and reported to you.
- Great Search Engine Link Relevance - Your ranking at major search engines is determined in part by who and how they link to your site. Any link with a '?' or other special characters will be ignored by most search engines. We use a special feature in our code so your links will not have any of these characters and the search engines will recognize your links. The wording used in affiliate links can be some of the best ones you'll have out there for link relevance.
- Advanced Cookie Settings - Redirect to any page you choose, but set the path in the cookie to return to the order form only. Set cookies from 1 day up to 6 years and add an additional cookie for an advanced tracking feature. Use without cookies and append the name/value pairs to the url for links directly to order forms.
- Members only Need 1 Account - If you are running several affiliate programs on your site, but wish to have affiliates promote them all. Each account can be a member of as many programs as you wish. They just have to push a button in their stats area to join. Though, selected programs or all programs can be hidden from this feature.
- Residual Affiliate Rewards - Tired of tracking residual payments, this software will do it for you. If you want to award the affiliate on an ongoing basis for a sale, you can set the number of awards to once, every month forever, or set specific number.
- Advanced Payment Options - Some affiliates may wish to be paid at different intervals, amounts and currencies. You select the options allowed to them and they can choose the minimum payment amount, when they are paid, and in what currency. Or, you can just give them 1 option, your still in control.
Emailing of Affiliates Back to Menu
- Each affiliate program you set up has a custom email you design to be sent to the new affiliate upon signup, or displayed on a web page upon signup if you choose. All html code is allowed in the email template. If you need to send an affiliate an update to their information, this is a simple push of a button which use the email template you designed. You can also switch between emailing signups or displaying on a web page without changing your email template because this affiliate software will know to replace any <BR> tags with a newline character for the email, same with the reverse, newlines to <BR>. This works perfect if you need to send an affiliate an email with your template but your displaying the information on a web page upon signup.
- Many Plugins for Personalization - Add plugins to your email to personalize it to each affiliate, such as [NAME] will be replaced with the actual name of the affiliate, or [LOGIN] will display a url to the affiliates reporting center with their username and password. Many more such as [LINK] will show the url they will use for referring visitors, or [SIGNUP] to show them the url to signup affiliates under them. Or use [DESTINATION] to display the name of the affiliate program, the amount for each tier level, and the length of time a visitor is tracked. [LINK-DEST] will dispaly the [DESTINATION] and both links for all programs this affiliate is a member of. Plus many more, 15 email plugins in all to choose from.
- Affiliate Newsletter Features - You only need to check a box and an Affiliate Newsletter Optin will be displayed on the signup form. You can also manually add or remove any affiliate easily from the newsletter. Then you can select to send an email to all newsletter members and just write one email, with plugins, then hit send and your newsletter is sent to all affiliates who should get your newsletter.
- Group Leaders Feature - If you have affiliates who have shown they are real producers or you have set up groups of affiliates and have specific affiliates to help promote and lead their group, you can select these accounts to be the 'Group Leaders'. An extra email feature will allow you to send an email only to your group leaders for easy contact with them. You have one special plugin to use, if chosen, for this mailing and it will send to your group leaders contact and stats info for all affiliates in their group.
- You can also send a custom email, not your template but with plugins, to a single account, to affiliates of a specific program, or to all affiliates. Also, when removal of an account is required you can add an explanation in their email as well, if you send one. Single emails to any affiliate may use the template or not.
Affiliate Data Editing Back to Menu
- All affiliate data can be edited at any time and sent an email, if selected, with these updates. The affiliate can also do the same in the Affiliate Reporting Center except for the name on the account. Only the program administrators can change the name on an account to prevent account transfers to another affiliate to gain a larger downline.
- Sales Data - Any sale amount can be edited or the sale can be deleted entirely. You can make manual sales entry and choose which affiliate program to apply it to, if it is to be applied immediately or use the set grace period, and make a note about the sale as a reference. You can do the same with affiliate account adjustments if a sale has been canceled, the affiliate was over paid, or any other reason you need to adjust the account. Also, any pending sale (during the grace period) may be forced to an applied sale with a simple selection.
- Manual Payments - Usually accounts will be paid through a regular payment process, but some instances may require a special payment which can be done manually. Manual payments can be applied to the account, to a specific sale, or pay the balance in full. You may also elect to send the affiliate an email with a note of this payment.
- Payment History - A complete history is kept of all payments made to any affiliate. If you have a special agreement with an affiliate the software does not know about or need to edit this history to account for taxes held back or some other subtraction from their actual payment, you can edit the amount. Also, if an account has broken the rules, or some other reason, and you need to withhold a payment after the software has paid the affiliate, you may delete a payment entirely.
- Balance Edits - You can even go so far as to directly edit the balance of an affiliate account, delete a balance, or manually add a balance (negative or positive). If an affiliate is a member of multiple programs and these programs use different currencies, the affiliate account will have a separate balance for each currency.
Stats and Tracking Back to Menu
- Accounts - Your affiliate accounts report is sorted by account number for easy lookup and contains all their contact information as well as current balance, total paid to date, current programs they are members of, date of signup, and current hits and sales figures. Printing this report gives you the ability to have a current accounts report on file if you need it. You also have an accounts list you can view with links to edit their data, send them an email, number of hits and sales, affiliate program information, and the link they need to be using. You can also view their link and test it through a small pop up window. The affiliate accounts may be viewed by account number, signup date, signup data by destination, alphabetical, number of hits or sales, or by affiliate program.
- Sales - You sales report is broken down by month and shows stats for each affiliate program. Your given the program name, type of program, tier levels, redirect url for reference. Then for each sale under that program your shown the time of the sale, total of the sale, amount earned by and the account number for each tier level, type of transaction, and the status of the sale. Then totals for each field. If the type of program is per click, the fields will be a little different to show number of hits instead of a sales total. Sales can also be viewed by month, account, and program then viewed to show all the specifics of the sale including referral..
- Hits - Your main hits report is designed with marketing in mind. View by month to display all hits broken down by the referring domain. Then under each domain, separated by affiliate program, then by account, then by the actual page with the full referrer. This will give you a comprehensive view of where the real producing links are placed on the web. Another stats feature will let you view hits by account and program then broken down by day to view the time to the second, the account, program, IP address of the visitor, and a hyperlinked referring url.
- Affiliate Programs - A list of all your programs can be viewed to show a link to edit the settings and options screens, number of hits with a link to show specifics, and number of affiliate accounts with a link to view specifics about each account. On the accounts screen you can see hits and sales broken down by account.
- All of this data gives you the tools you need to effectively see where your programs are effective and where they are lacking in luster. Referrers lets you see the exact page your affiliates have placed links and you can view them to give assistance if needed. The real producers will stand out and you will be able to pass on their strategies to the rest of your affiliates to have a smooth running and profitable program.
International Options Back to Menu
- All world currencies are supported by this software, all 306 of them. You just select the one you will be using for each program from a dropdown menu.
- Each program has its own signup form which you select the fields to show and which are required. The you have a language setting and plugin the correct language you want to use. English comes pre-installed and is editable, but it is simple to create another language with the click of a button, then edit each field to your needs. Also, each form has its own template editor so you can brand each signup page to your web site and one for each country you will be working with. A separate disclaimer/rules is also available for each form.
- The Affiliate Reporting Center also has these same options so you can brand it to your site, language, and country. If you don't edit the look one is there by default, but a header and footer can be used to override the default page.
- One great feature is since you can redirect visitors to any page, send them to one with the correct language on your site as well, if you have a multi language site.
Affiliate Reporting Center Back to Menu
- Ever have accounts always mailing you about lost password? No longer, this software allows each affiliate to retrieve their own login information in a simple but secure way. This is not just front door security, every communication with the Reporting Center and your Affiliate Manager must pass authentication or it is not allowed. The affiliate is free to change their password at any time. A logout button completely terminates the session and re-login is required even if the back button is used.
- All contact information can be edited very easily buy the affiliate. This takes all the effort off your shoulders to make sure checks are mailed to the proper location, that is the affiliates responsibility now.
- The affiliate can also change their minimum payment and payment schedule as they need so you won't be bothered.
- For each affiliate program you have enabled, the affiliate can add themselves. This means less work on your part trying to get them to sign up again. It is right in front of them and all they must do is push a button to join.
- The statistics and reporting features available to the affiliate are almost as comprehensive as what is available to you. The only difference is they only see one account. The affiliate can choose what is displayed on their reports as they have it all on one screen. Stats are available to them for a 12 month period.
Extensive Error Checking Back to Menu
- All information entered into the affiliate software must pass certain criteria or it is not allowed. This keeps simple mistakes from happening and all data is sure to be handled properly without error.
- All hits and sales reporting are checked for validity and you will be alerted of bad links and scripts so the affiliate can be notified. This may save many sales in the future.
- In the event of some unforeseen errors, since this is the internet, and some corrupted data is in your database. No worries, everytime you run an update your database rotates any unclean data out so your left with a perfectly sound database. Any data that is found to contain errors will be stored in a separate file and the error will be logged. This can be viewed by SearchKing's Affiliate Managers if you report it to us. We will check the corrupted data and extract any usable data for you.
- In the event a hacker comes alone and tried to gain access to your Affiliate Manager, the software will watch for this and if continued persistence by the hacker passes a certain limit the manager will shut itself down and not allow access to any request. You will need to regain access to your manager after sending us your account number and password if this point is reached.

Order Form Builder Back to Menu
- Create form fields and reuse them over and over. This will save you a lot of time for common entry fields such as a name, email address, or just a submit button. Easily reorder the fields on a page or add new fields. All form fields able to use all HTML 4.0 specifications such as 'TABINDEX' to set a tabbing order, or 'ID' and 'CLASS' for dynamic scripting or style sheet reference. This software even supports the 'IMAGE' submit buttons and 'FILE' input fields with a folder to store uploaded files.
- Simple to use page builder that starts with your default template. Then you just add rows to the form with plugin form fields you have created. Add new items at any time, reorder your rows, delete a row if you need. Easy to modify your page on the fly. You can add text or html to any place on the form or manually write code for form fields if you like. Any combination of generated or manual code is allowed.
- The software also gives you the ability to turn the form builder off on any order form so you can write an entire form manually or past an existing form into a textarea box. Or, use the form builder to make your initial page and then turn the builder off to make manual edits and additions if you want. This gives anyone the power and freedom to tweek the page the way it needs to be.

- Our handy form parsing script will parse any form, even if it is remotely placed on another site.
- Each entry field and the entry is neatly displayed and empty fields hidden for clean orders, though empty fields may be shown if selected.
- All orders are kept securely on the server until you delete them. Also, orders may be forwarded to you by email but just remember that email is not secure.
- Secure ordering with 128 bit encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) to keep prying eyes at a distance.
- Your custom receipt or information letter will be sent to the email address of the submitter, if enabled, for a true professional ordering process.
